Registration:
Conference registration opens at 08:00 AM on first day of the conference, at the venue. The specific conference room will be listed in the final program. The registration desk will be open daily from 8 AM onwards. At the registration desk, attendees will receive their conference badge, folder, abstract book, and program. On-site coordinators will be available at the desk to assist with any inquiries. Lunch vouchers will be provided at the registration desk and must be handed to restaurant staff when claiming lunch.
Oral Presentation Guidelines:
Please be aware that minor schedule adjustments may occur. Presenters should be available in the meeting room from the conference start time on their presentation day. Plenary presentations: 45-50 minutes (including Q&A), Keynote: 30-35 minutes, Featured: 20-25 minutes. Please adhere to the allocated time. The official language of the conference is English. Presentations should be submitted in PDF or PPT format with clear, legible visuals. Submit presentation slides at least 15 days before the conference and bring a copy on a flash drive. Verify that your presentation is working properly before the session starts. The meeting room is equipped with a digital projector, screen, laptop, pointer, cordless mic, desktop mic, and basic sound system. Using personal laptops is discouraged unless absolutely necessary. Windows/PC users should ensure compatibility with the MAC system used at the lectern.
Poster Presentation Guidelines:
Each poster will be assigned a number in the final program. Presenters should locate their designated display area and set up their poster at least one hour before the session begins. Hanging materials will be provided. Poster dimensions: 1m x 1m. Posters should be prepared in advance and brought by the presenters. On-site printing is not available. Presenters must be present during their session to engage with viewers. Posters should be collected at the end of the day. Unclaimed posters will be discarded. Best Poster awards will be determined by judges and announced at the end of the session.
Virtual Presentation Guidelines:
Virtual presentations allow participants to present remotely from home or work without traveling. Registered participants will receive a webinar access invite with a personalized user ID prior to the event. Join the meeting 30 minutes early to avoid last-minute technical issues. Presentation durations: Plenary - 45-50 minutes, Keynote - 30-35 minutes, Featured - 20-25 minutes. Please adhere to the scheduled times. Presenters should have their presentation slides open and ready to share when the meeting starts. Recorded presentations may be submitted instead of live participation. These should be sent at least 10 days before the conference start date.
Certification: All attendees will receive a delegate certificate signed by the organizing committee. Certificates will include the name and affiliation as per our records. Requests for changes must be submitted at least one month before the conference. Certificates will be distributed at the session or upon session completion. Attendees must remain present until the session ends. E-certificates will be emailed within 2-3 working days post-conference. Co-authors who are not registered for the conference will not receive a certificate.
